Job Description: - Development JV HR strategy and manage general HR and admin functions - Planning, recruitment, training, career development, compensation & benefit, Performance management and labor relations to cope with JV business development - Set up appropriate HR policies and procedures within JV - Manpower planning and Succession Plans - Undertaking national HR project assigned by China HR function - Development and maintain good relationship with local labor bureau - In charge of daily office administration Competency requirement: - Bachelor degree and above, with major in management is preferred. - More than 5 years HR experience with min 1 years HRM experience in foreign enterprise or Joint Venture - Good knowledge of China Employment Law and local employment regulation - Good interpersonal skill and conflict management skill - Good command of English and mandarin. - Initiative, optimistic, mature and a team player - Ability to work independently and under pressure
