√Collaborate with the business to fully understand the key business performance issues, objectives and drivers, and associated people requirements for both the current and future business challenges. Work with business HR team to translate business issues into appropriate HR and Organization Excellence actions.( eg. HR policies, recruitment and selection practices, retention and engagement, leadership development etc)√Develop strong business relationships with the management team, support business HR on HRMBO implementation.√Collaborate with HR share service to drives HR initiatives and HR operating mechanisms to the business unit, which contribute to achieving excellence in a timely and effectively manner.√Support business HR to facilitate HR MBO and track the progress of the of HR MBO implementation.√Liaise with business HR and HR share service to coach/advise plant business managers in the implementation of HR MBO(Staffing, performance management, people development, employee communication etc ) and facilitate timely delivery and evaluation of HR MBO which ensure the local business need are met.
